4.1. Information submitted by Users as part of a review is automatically displayed on the site (so long as it passes the software filters). We may use the review or teaser portions thereof throughout the site. To do this, we capture information about your interactions with other users and then processes this information. The more you interact with others, the more personalized your subsequent uses of the site will be.

4.3. Your reviews might be removed if they flag off certain filters in our system, are flagged off by users as suspicious/for other reasons and/or you posted a review for the same companies more than once within 30 days. In this case, your latest review is considered valid and displayed.

4.4. Your review might also be deleted for other reasons like you got incentives from the reviewed company and/or has been noted for other fraudulent/misleading reasons.


5.1. Our website displays profiles of several Organisations. Information about the Organisations (eg. Name, address, offices, business, key personnel, etc.) which is displayed on the website may be obtained from the Organisations themselves or from third parties and would be updated by us from time to time. Reviews may be posted in relation to credit payment habits of these Organisations by Users of the website. In order to respond to a review, the Organisation must ‘claim its profile’ on our website to do so. As part of the registration process as well as the application creation and submission process that is available to Organisations on Creditmonk, certain information, including sensitive personal data or information is required to be collected from the Organisations.

5.2. All the statements in this Policy apply to all Organisations, and all Organisations are therefore required to read and understand the Policy set out herein prior to submitting any sensitive personal data or information to Creditmonk.

5.3. Organisation’s personally identifiable information, which they choose to provide to Creditmonk, is used to help the Organisations describe, identify, and provide accurate information about themselves.

5.4. We will also display information for Organisations who have not signed up or registered for the Services. We will make best efforts to capture accurate information for such unregistered / unclaimed Organisations. However, we does not undertake any liability for any incorrect or incomplete information appearing on the Website for such unregistered / unclaimed Organisations.


6.1. To help us better understand your use of the Services, we may use third-party web analytics on our Services, such as Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology described in the “Automatically-Collected Information” Section above. The information collected by this technology will be disclosed to or collected directly by these service providers, who use the information to evaluate our users’ use of the Services.
